Chapter 80.--TOWNSHIPS AND TOWNSHIP OFFICERS
Article 19.--FIRE DEPARTMENT OR COMPANY

      80-1901.   Township board defined. As used in this act, the phrase "township board" means the township trustee, township clerk and the township treasurer acting as a board.
