Chapter 79.--TAXATION
Article 48.--STATE GAMING REVENUES

      79-4806.   Transfers to problem gambling grant fund. On July 1 of each year or as soon thereafter as sufficient moneys are available, $80,000 credited to the state gaming revenues fund shall be transferred and credited to the problem gambling grant fund[*] established by K.S.A. 2009 Supp. 79-4805, and amendments thereto.
