79-4719. Severability. If any provision of the bingo act or the application thereof to any person or circumstances is held unconstitutional or otherwise invalid, such unconstitutionality or invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of the act which can be given effect without the unconstitutional or invalid provision or application, and, to this end, the provisions of this act are severable.
