79-4708. Administration of act; rules and regulations. (a) The administration and enforcement of the bingo act and any rules and regulations adopted pursuant thereto shall be vested in the administrator.
(b) Upon recommendation of the administrator, the secretary shall adopt all rules and regulations necessary for the administration and enforcement of the bingo act by the administrator.
