Chapter 79.--TAXATION
Article 32.--INCOME TAX

      79-32,118.   Kansas deduction of an individual. The Kansas deduction of an individual shall be his or her Kansas standard deduction unless he or she elects to deduct his or her Kansas itemized deductions under the conditions set forth in K.S.A. 79-32,120.
