79-15,230. Same; failure to make return; preparation by director.

79-15,230. Same; failure to make return; preparation by director. If any person fails to make a return required by this act or prescribed by rules or regulations thereunder, but consents to disclose all information necessary for the preparation thereof, the director may prepare such return. After such person signs the return, such return may be received by the director as the return of such person.
