Chapter 79.--TAXATION
Article 15.--DEATH TAXES

      79-15,207.   Property to be included in determination of gross estate. The gross estate shall be determined by including the value of all property, real or personal, tangible or intangible, wherever situated to the extent provided in K.S.A. 2009 Supp. 79-15,208 through 79-15,217, and amendments thereto.
