76-2219.   Commissioner of juvenile justice authorized to lease or convey certain land to political subdivision for educational purposes. The commissioner of juvenile justice is hereby authorized to lease or convey for and on behalf of the state of Kansas certain lands located east of highway 129 and now a part of the Beloit juvenile correctional facility to a political subdivision of this state if such lands are considered excess to present and future needs of the Beloit juvenile correctional facility and is recommended for such conveyance by the state finance council and is to be used for educational purposes.
