76-1929. Same; discharge of violating members; notice and hearing. The Kansas veterans' commission may discharge any member who violates such rules and regulations, except that no member shall be discharged without notice to such member and a right to be heard concerning such charges in accordance with the provisions of the Kansas administrative procedure act.
