76-7,125. State educational institution project delivery construction procurement act; expiration. (a) K.S.A. 2009 Supp. 76-7,125 through 76-7,133, and amendments thereto, shall be known and may be cited as the state educational institution project delivery construction procurement act.
(b) The provisions of this act shall apply only to construction projects and construction project services totally funded by non-state moneys.
(c) The provisions of this act shall expire on June 30, 2012.
