Chapter 76.--STATE INSTITUTIONS AND AGENCIES; HISTORICAL PROPERTY
Article 6a.--STUDENT UNION AND OTHER BUILDINGS

      76-6a22.   Bonds exempt from taxation; exception. The revenue bonds issued hereunder and the income derived therefrom are and shall be exempt from all state, county and municipal taxation in the state of Kansas, except inheritance taxes of the state of Kansas.
