76-604. State normal school fund.
76-604
76-604. State normal school fund. The moneys of the state normal school fund shall constitute a perpetual fund, the principal of which shall remain forever undiminished. The state normal school fund shall be administered by the state board of regents for the benefit of Emporia state university, and the earnings of such fund shall be subject to appropriation by the legislature. K.S.A. 58-3601 et seq. shall apply to the state normal school fund, except as otherwise provided by this section and K.S.A. 76-718a.
