76-308. Permanent university fund.

76-308. Permanent university fund. The permanent university fund shall at no time be diminished for any purpose whatsoever. The permanent university fund shall be administered by the state board of regents for the benefit of the university of Kansas, and the earnings of such fund shall be subject to appropriation by the legislature. K.S.A. 58-3601 et seq. shall apply to the permanent university fund, except as otherwise provided by this section and K.S.A. 76-718a.
