Article 37.--DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATION

      75-37,133.   Same; expenditure of grant funds. If a state agency expends grant funds to purchase goods or services for which the state agency receives a direct service or a tangible asset, the procurement of those goods or services shall be subject to K.S.A. 75-3739, 75-37,102 and K.S.A. 2009 Supp. 75-37,132, and amendments thereto, or other applicable statutes relating to procurement of those goods and services.
