75-7c19. United States, district and county attorneys, attorney general and assistants; licensure and training requirements. Any person not subject to the provisions of subsection (a) of K.S.A. 21-4201, and amendments thereto, under the authority of paragraph (7) of subsection (c) of K.S.A. 21-4201, and amendments thereto, shall obtain at their own expense, and maintain a license to carry concealed weapons permit as authorized by K.S.A. 2009 Supp. 75-7c01 through 75-7c17, and amendments thereto. In addition, such person shall complete a firearms training course as determined by the director of police training of the law enforcement training center.
