Chapter 74.--STATE BOARDS, COMMISSIONS AND AUTHORITIES
Article 99c.--KANSAS CENTER FOR ENTREPRENEURSHIP

      74-99c10.   Kansas, Inc. review of program and cost effectiveness; legislative report. Three years from the effective date of this act, Kansas, Inc. shall conduct a review of the center for entrepreneurship and the center's interest-bearing accounts to determine program and cost effectiveness. A report, including findings and recommendations, shall be submitted to the legislature by January 1, 2008.
