Article 89.--DEVELOPMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY

      74-8967.   Same; payment of bonds. No payment of principal and interest on bonds issued pursuant to K.S.A. 2009 Supp. 74-8961, and amendments thereto, shall be made prior to July 1, 2009.
