74-8740. Contracts to place electronic gaming machines at parimutuel licensee locations. (a) Subject to the provisions of subsection (b), the Kansas lottery shall enter into racetrack gaming facility management contracts to place electronic gaming machines at parimutuel licensee locations as provided by K.S.A. 2009 Supp. 74-8741 through 74-8747, and amendments thereto.
(b) The Kansas lottery shall not place electronic gaming machines at any parimutuel licensee location unless the commission has adopted rules and regulations as provided in K.S.A. 2009 Supp. 74-8741 through 74-8747, and amendments thereto.
