Article 52.--KANSAS ARTS COMMISSION

      74-5206.   Arts commission; rules and regulations. The Kansas arts commission may adopt rules and regulations as may be necessary to administer the provisions of subsections (a) to (k), inclusive, of K.S.A. 74-5204 and amendments thereto.
