Chapter 74.--STATE BOARDS, COMMISSIONS AND AUTHORITIES
Article 47.--INSURANCE BY PUBLIC AGENCIES

      74-4717.   Definitions. As used in this act:

      (a)   "Committee" means the committee on surety bonds and insurance.

      (b)   "Secretary" means the secretary of administration.

      (c)   "Department" means the department of administration.
