Article 24.--COURT OF TAX APPEALS; MISCELLANEOUS TAXATION PROVISIONS

      74-2433a.   Court established as independent agency and administrative law court. The state court of tax appeals created by K.S.A. 74-2433, and amendments thereto, is hereby transferred out of the department of revenue and established as an independent agency and administrative law court within the executive branch of state government.
