74-2125. Transfer of Kansas highway patrol fund to state general fund. On July 1, 1984, the director of accounts and reports shall transfer all moneys in the Kansas highway patrol fund to the state general fund. After such transfer, the Kansas highway patrol fund is hereby abolished. After June 30, 1984, all liabilities of the Kansas highway patrol fund are hereby imposed on the Kansas highway patrol and may be paid in the manner provided by law from moneys appropriated for the Kansas highway patrol from the state general fund and available therefor, subject to the provisions of appropriations acts.
