Chapter 72.--SCHOOLS
Article 44.--CAREER TECHNICAL EDUCATION

      72-4433.   Postsecondary tuition, fees and charges. Different rates per hour of tuition, fees and charges shall be fixed by each local board for the different postsecondary programs administered by such board.
