Article 43.--VOCATIONAL REHABILITATION AND KANSAS TECHNICAL INSTITUTE

      72-4316.   Approval of vouchers. The director of accounts and reports shall draw his warrants on the state treasurer for the purpose mentioned in this act, upon vouchers approved by the secretary of social and rehabilitation services or a person or persons designated by him.
