Chapter 66.--PUBLIC UTILITIES
Article 12.--MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS

      66-1273.   Same; definitions. As used in the compressed air energy storage act:

      (a)   "Commission" means the state corporation commission.

      (b)   "Department" means the department of health and environment.
