Article 12.--MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS

      66-1253.   Same; regulating provision of broadband service in any manner not authorized pursuant to federal law precluded. Nothing in K.S.A. 2009 Supp. 66-1249 through 66-1252, and amendments thereto, shall be construed as authorizing the commission to regulate the provision of broadband service in any manner not already otherwise authorized pursuant to federal or state law.
