Article 12.--MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS

      66-1252.   Same; broadband reporting program preempted if federal program implemented. In the event the federal government or any federal agency implements a national program to collect information regarding broadband service deployment, the provisions of K.S.A. 2009 Supp. 66-1250 and subsections (a), (c) and (d) of K.S.A. 2009 Supp. 66-1251, and amendments thereto, shall no longer be effective, and the commission shall collect such broadband service data and report such data to the legislature in a form and manner that is in conformance with such federal program.
