Chapter 66.--PUBLIC UTILITIES
Article 12.--MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS

      66-1250.   Same; reporting requirements for broadband service providers. On or before October 1, 2008, subject to the provisions of K.S.A. 2009 Supp. 66-1252, and amendments thereto, each provider of broadband service shall submit to the commission information presenting the geographic areas where customers are capable of receiving broadband service from such provider. The commission shall not require subsequent annual reports from providers who document the geographic areas where customers are capable of receiving broadband. This section shall apply to all providers that provide broadband service, including satellite transmission.
