Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH
Article 41.--CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES

      65-4133.   Search warrant procedure. A search warrant relating to offenses involving controlled substances shall be issued in accordance with the provisions of the Kansas code of criminal procedure.
