65-34,134. Abolishment of Kansas essential fuels supply trust fund and board. The Kansas essential fuels supply trust fund compensation advisory board and the Kansas essential fuels supply trust fund shall be and are hereby abolished on July 1, 2012. At the time of such abolishment remaining funds shall be deposited in the underground fund.
