65-163q. Same; income from bonds exempt from taxation. The revenue bonds issued under this act and any refunding revenue bonds authorized to be issued under this act, and the income derived therefrom, are and shall be exempt from all state, county and municipal taxation in the state of Kansas, except Kansas inheritance taxes.
