Chapter 60.--PROCEDURE, CIVIL
Article 35.--PROFESSIONAL MALPRACTICE LIABILITY SCREENING PANELS

      60-3503.   Same; notice. The district judge or the chief judge of such court shall notify the parties to the action that a screening panel has been convened. The plaintiff or claimant and the defendant or respondent shall each designate a person licensed in the same profession as the defendant or respondent within 20 days of such party's receipt of notice of the convening of the screening panel. The parties shall jointly designate a person licensed in the same profession as the defendant or respondent within 10 days after the individual designations have been made. If the parties are unable to jointly select a professional licensee within such 10 days, the judge of the district court or the chief judge of such court shall select such professional licensee.
