55-1633. Oil and gas resources fund; interest; use.
55-1633
55-1633. Oil and gas resources fund; interest; use. (a) All interest earned on moneys in the oil and gas resources fund shall remain in the fund.
(b) The board shall not use any funds collected under K.S.A. 2009 Supp. 65-1531, and amendments thereto, for the purpose of influencing government action or policy, except that the board may recommend amendments to this act.
