Chapter 53.--NOTARIES PUBLIC AND COMMISSIONERS
Article 1.--NOTARIES PUBLIC

      53-113.   Limitation of actions against notary and sureties. No suit shall be instituted against any such notary or his or her securities more than three years after the cause of action accrues.
