Chapter 50.--UNFAIR TRADE AND CONSUMER PROTECTION
Article 5.--DAIRY PRODUCTS; UNFAIR TRADE PRACTICES

      50-508.   Same; violation deemed unfair trade. Violations of this act are hereby declared to be included in the term "unfair trade" as used in K.S.A. 50-153.
