Chapter 48.--MILITIA, DEFENSE AND PUBLIC SAFETY
Article 30.--CODE OF MILITARY JUSTICE; PUNITIVE SECTIONS

      48-3027.   Forcing a safeguard. Any person subject to this code who forces a safeguard shall be punished as a court-martial may direct.
