Chapter 48.--MILITIA, DEFENSE AND PUBLIC SAFETY
Article 3.--ARMORIES

      48-313.   Plans for armory. Said armory buildings shall be erected in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the secretary of administration and by the military board.
