Chapter 48.--MILITIA, DEFENSE AND PUBLIC SAFETY
Article 2.--KANSAS ARMY AND AIR NATIONAL GUARD

      48-297.   Same; rules and regulations. The commissioner of insurance is hereby authorized to adopt such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of this act.
