47-1726. Citation and purpose of act. K.S.A. 47-1701 through 47-1721, K.S.A. 47-1723 through 47-1727, 47-1731, and K.S.A. 47-1732 through 47-1736 and amendments thereto, shall be known and may be cited as the Kansas pet animal act. This act shall license, permit and regulate the conditions of certain premises and facilities within the state of Kansas where animals are maintained, sold or offered or maintained for sale.
