Article 13.--GARBAGE RESTRICTIONS

      47-1304.   Rules and regulations by livestock commissioner. The state livestock commissioner is hereby authorized to promulgate and enforce all rules and regulations deemed necessary to carry out the provisions of K.S.A. 47-1301 through 47-1307, and amendments thereto.
