Chapter 47.--LIVESTOCK AND DOMESTIC ANIMALS
Article 9.--STOCKYARDS

      47-923.   Penalty for violating 47-921 to 47-923. Any person violating the provisions of this act shall on conviction be fined not less than two hundred dollars nor more than one thousand dollars, or by imprisonment not less than 30 days nor more than one year, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
