Chapter 47.--LIVESTOCK AND DOMESTIC ANIMALS
Article 6.--PROTECTION OF DOMESTIC ANIMALS

      47-641.   Prosecutions. It shall be the duty of the prosecuting attorney of the proper county to prosecute on behalf of the state all criminal cases arising under this act.
