Chapter 41.--INTOXICATING LIQUORS AND BEVERAGES
Article 26.--LICENSURE AND REGULATION OF SALE OF LIQUOR BY THE DRINK

      41-2608.   Same; premises licensed; zoning compliance. Any club or drinking establishment license issued pursuant to this act shall be for one particular premises which shall be stated in the application and in the license. No license shall be issued for a club or drinking establishment unless the city, township or county zoning code allows a club or drinking establishment at that location.
