Chapter 40.--INSURANCE
Article 51.--INSURANCE SCORE ACT

      40-5112.   Powers of commissioner. Whenever an insurer is found to be in violation of any provision of this act, the commissioner shall proceed under K.S.A. 40-2,125 and amendments thereto.
