Chapter 39.--MENTALLY ILL, INCAPACITATED AND DEPENDENT PERSONS; SOCIAL WELFARE
Article 12.--REHABILITATION PROGRAMS FOR MENTALLY RETARDED AND HANDICAPPED PERSONS

      39-1201.   Purpose of act. The purpose of this act will be to aid in development, maintenance, improvement or expansion of rehabilitation facilities and half-way houses serving the mentally retarded and other handicapped adults in this state.
