Chapter 39.--MENTALLY ILL, INCAPACITATED AND DEPENDENT PERSONS; SOCIAL WELFARE
Article 10.--DAY CARE PROGRAMS FOR MENTALLY RETARDED AND HANDICAPPED CHILDREN

      39-1002.   Secretary of social and rehabilitation services designated as official to accept and disburse funds. The secretary of social and rehabilitation services hereinafter referred to as the secretary is hereby designated as the official of this state authorized to accept and disburse funds made available to the secretary for grants-in-aid to eligible local community organizations for day care programs for mentally retarded or other handicapped children. The secretary is authorized to accept any moneys made available to the state by the federal government or any agency thereof and to accept and account for state appropriations, gifts and donations from any other sources.
