Chapter 38.--MINORS
Article 11.--DETERMINATION OF PARENTAGE

      38-1126.   Action to determine mother and child relationship. Any interested party may bring an action to determine the existence or nonexistence of a mother and child relationship. Insofar as practicable, the provisions of this act applicable to the father and child relationship apply.
