Chapter 35.--HOLIDAYS AND DAYS OF COMMEMORATION
Article 2.--DAYS OF COMMEMORATION

      35-205.   American Indian Day. The fourth Saturday of September of the present year of our Lord 1945, and the fourth Saturday of September of each year thereafter is hereby designated as "American Indian Day."
