32-950. Same; judicial review of actions against license. Any action of the secretary pursuant to K.S.A. 32-949, and amendments thereto, is subject to review in accordance with the act for judicial review and civil enforcement of agency actions upon the petitioner's filing, with the clerk of the reviewing court, a bond with a sufficient surety, conditioned on the payment of all costs of the review if the decision of the secretary is sustained.
