Article 47.--SENTENCING GUIDELINES

      21-4726.   Invalidity of part of act; presumption. If any provision of this act is held to be invalid or unconstitutional, it shall be conclusively presumed that the legislature would have enacted the remainder of this act without such invalid or unconstitutional provision.
